RECURRING LAWN-CARE SERVICE AGREEMENT

Cancellation does not require cause. Provider's last visit will be billed
at the standard per-visit rate.
LIABILITY
Provider carries general liability insurance, certificate available on
request. Provider is responsible for damage caused by negligence in the
ordinary course of work. Provider is not liable for pre-existing
conditions, sprinkler heads not flagged at the time of service, or pet
damage.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This is the complete agreement between the parties. Changes must be in
writing and signed by both parties.
