Nationwide lead capture

  • Every in-area address has a quote path. When automatic measurement is unavailable, the homeowner can submit the same contact form and the contractor receives a manual-review lead.
  • National contractor branding. Branded subdomains and embeds now present the contractor's business without regional platform language.
  • County-scoped measurement registry. Automatic parcel coverage can expand county by county without changing the quote flow.

Automatic fall-package pricing for supported measurements

YardQuote now prices the standard fall package from a supported measured yard: aeration, overseeding (seed included), and dethatching. Set your rates once and supported automatic estimates show all three prices plus a discounted bundled package next to the mowing price. Other properties remain hand-quote leads.

  • Three new services. Aeration, overseeding, and dethatching, offered on their own or as a bundled fall package. No applicator license needed, since these are mechanical and seed services, not chemical applications.
  • Priced from the selected area. Each service prices per 1,000 square feet using the same scoped estimate that drives mowing. Contractor-configured minimums still apply.
  • Set it once. Add your fall rates, minimums, and bundle discount on the Profile and Pricing page. Flip it on to show the package on your quote widget, or leave it off to quote mowing only.

New to the fall package? See our guide on fall lawn care package pricing.

New service: mosquito and tick yard spraying

  • Priced from a supported yard estimate. Mosquito and tick spraying prices use the same selected area as the mow when automatic measurement is available. Other properties remain hand-quote leads.
  • Recurring season program. Price the per-visit rate and the prepaid April to October program (6 to 8 visits) right in your pricing settings, with a season discount you control.
  • License confirmation built in. Spraying is a licensed pesticide application, so the service stays off until you confirm you hold the applicable state pesticide applicator license. You cannot enable it, assign it to a crew, schedule it, or quote it until you do.
  • Same lead delivery. Mosquito leads arrive by email, SMS (Pro), and webhook (Crew) exactly like mowing leads.

Confirming your license in YardQuote is a guardrail, not a substitute for actually holding it. Check your state department of agriculture for the exact applicator category and registration you need.
