YardQuote is a national lawn-care quoting and lead-capture platform for US contractors. Each contractor gets a branded subdomain and embeddable widget. Homeowners can receive an automatic estimate where property measurement is supported or submit the same request for the contractor to quote by hand.

Where automatic measurement is supported, YardQuote matches the parcel and subtracts FEMA/ORNL USA Structures polygons that are fully contained by it. You choose whole yard, front only, or back only. Front and back each use 50% of the estimated full mowable area, then the contractor's own pricing rules and minimums are applied. Other in-area addresses become manual-quote leads.

YardQuote uses Google for address geocoding. Automatic measurements currently use Polk County GIS for parcel geometry and FEMA/ORNL USA Structures for mapped building footprints. USA Structures is licensed under CC BY 4.0. Google may also provide a static map preview, but Google data is not used for structure measurement. Source attribution is shown with measured quotes. Anonymous quote addresses and quote details are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Addresses are processed through Google Geocoding and, when automatic measurement is attempted, the parcel and FEMA/ORNL USA Structures services configured for that coverage area. We retain anonymous quote addresses and quote details for analytics and lead attribution. If you submit a lead request, your contact information, selected scope, available measurements, and quote are shared with the contractor whose widget you used and with our team and service providers for delivery and support. Contractors can capture in-area leads across the United States. Automatic property measurement currently covers supported addresses in Polk County, Iowa. Addresses outside automatic coverage, and covered properties with uncertain parcel or structure geometry, use the same contact form and reach the contractor as manual-quote leads.

Quotes are estimates based on public parcel and structure data. Missing, shared, boundary-crossing, malformed, or implausible structures require manual review. The data does not identify every driveway, patio, pool, fence, landscape bed, obstacle, slope, or turf condition. A contractor confirms the final scope and price.

YardQuote gives you an embeddable quote widget and a branded landing page for customers in your US service area. The widget offers whole-yard, front-only, and back-only requests using your pricing and configured minimums where automatic measurement is supported. For homeowners, YardQuote is completely free. Contractors choose a plan: Solo ($9/mo), Pro ($39/mo), Crew ($99/mo), or Enterprise ($349/mo), each with a 14-day free trial and no per-lead fees. Every plan includes unlimited quote requests, email leads, a branded landing page, and the embed widget. Higher plans add SMS and webhook lead delivery, removal of the YardQuote badge, multiple crews with scheduling and GPS tracking, before/after photo proof, customer reviews, your own analytics, and an operations toolkit. Annual billing saves two months, and you can cancel anytime.

Enterprise ($349/mo) adds an operations toolkit that runs your back office in one place: an equipment inventory with maintenance tracking and due reminders, a prospect CRM to work your sales pipeline, manual ad-campaign tracking with cost-per-lead and budget math, reusable email and text outreach templates, a contracts library with built-in lawn care and snow removal service agreements a customer can acknowledge from their phone, an insurance and hiring resources hub, and CSV exports of your revenue, jobs, and prospects for tax time.
