YardQuote is an instant lawn care quoting tool that uses county parcel records and satellite building data to calculate your yard size and generate a mowing price. No measuring, no site visits, no waiting for a callback. Enter an address and get a quote in seconds.

We pull your lot size from official parcel records (county GIS where available, national parcel data elsewhere), then use satellite imagery to detect the building footprint. The yard area is the lot minus the building footprint, and we apply the contractor's pricing formula to the yard square footage to generate the quote.

YardQuote combines (1) Google Geocoding to verify and locate your address, (2) parcel records for lot boundaries and area (county GIS where available, national parcel data elsewhere), and (3) Google satellite imagery for building-footprint detection. All of this is publicly available data, and no personal information is stored during the quote process.

Address lookups are processed through Google's APIs and public parcel records. We do not sell or share your personal information. If you submit a lead request (name, phone, email), that information is sent only to the contractor whose quote widget you used, plus our team for support purposes. YardQuote works nationwide. Enter any U.S. address and we'll estimate the yard. Coverage is most precise where official county parcel records are available (for example Polk County, Iowa, the greater Des Moines metro); elsewhere we fall back to national parcel data and satellite building footprints. Accuracy varies with how complete the parcel data is for a given property.

Quotes are estimates based on publicly available data. Lot sizes come directly from county records, which are generally very accurate. Building footprints from satellite data may have minor variations. Actual pricing may differ based on yard conditions (slopes, obstacles, heavy growth) that satellite data cannot detect. We always recommend a final on-site confirmation before scheduling recurring service.

YardQuote gives you an embeddable quote widget you can add to your site with one line of HTML, plus a branded landing page on your own subdomain. The widget uses your pricing and brand colors and sends leads to your email (with SMS and CRM-webhook delivery on higher plans). For homeowners, YardQuote is completely free. Contractors choose a plan: Solo ($9/mo), Pro ($39/mo), Crew ($99/mo), or Enterprise ($349/mo), each with a 14-day free trial and no per-lead fees. Every plan includes unlimited instant quotes, email leads, a branded landing page, and the embed widget. Higher plans add SMS and webhook lead delivery, removal of the YardQuote badge, multiple crews with scheduling and GPS tracking, before/after photo proof, customer reviews, your own analytics, and an operations toolkit. Annual billing saves two months, and you can cancel anytime.

Enterprise ($349/mo) adds an operations toolkit that runs your back office in one place: an equipment inventory with maintenance tracking and due reminders, a prospect CRM to work your sales pipeline, manual ad-campaign tracking with cost-per-lead and budget math, reusable email and text outreach templates, a contracts library with built-in lawn care and snow removal service agreements a customer can acknowledge from their phone, an insurance and hiring resources hub, and CSV exports of your revenue, jobs, and prospects for tax time.
